Returns & Refunds

At Sex Daisy, your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we maintain strict hygiene standards to protect all our customers. Please review our policy below regarding returns, damages, and refunds.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, we want to make it right immediately.

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Email us at info@sexdaisy.co.za with your order number and a clear description of the issue.

  • Please attach photos of the damage or defect to speed up the process.

  • Once approved, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or a full refund (subject to stock availability).

Important Hygiene Restrictions

To comply with South African health regulations and the Consumer Protection Act, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind on the following items:

  • Intimate Devices: Sex toys, massagers, and personal devices.

  • Liquids & Consumables: Lubricants, creams, oils, or any health-related products.

  • Apparel: Lingerie, underwear, and intimate clothing.

  • Opened Items: Any product where the original, sealed packaging has been broken or the item has been used/worn.

In accordance with Section 42 of the ECTA, the standard 7-day cooling-off period does not apply to these items due to their intimate and hygienic nature.

Return Eligibility

For a return to be processed:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide a proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defect or an incorrect item sent by us, we will cover all collection and return shipping costs.

  • If a return is authorized for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we cannot be held liable for items lost during transit back to us.
